配送ポリシー

送料について（日本国内）

• 送料は一律1,000円（税込）となります。

• なお、10,000円（税込）以上のご注文で、送料が無料になります。

• 海外発送については、配送先の国や地域、注文された商品の総重量により送料や関税が異なりますので、予めご了承下さい。

配送方法について

• 配送方法は当店指定の方法となります。原則として、お客様ご自身で配送方法をお選び頂く事は出来ません。
  

配送日数について

• ご注文確定後、2〜3日以内に商品を発送致します。

• 商品が届くまで、国や地域によってはお時間を要する場合がございますので、予めご了承下さい。

 

配送中のトラブルについて

• 十分に配慮して発送準備を行いますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任による損傷等が生じる可能性もあります。引き渡し後は当店では責任を負いかねますので、予めご了承頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

Shipping Issues

• We take great care in preparing and shipping your order. However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, there is a possibility of issues such as damage or other problems caused during transport or by the shipping company. After the package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot accept responsibility for any issues. We kindly ask for your understanding.
